Resume Files: PDFs or documents you upload for analysis. We process these to provide our ATS checking service.

Job Descriptions: Text you paste for comparison analysis.

Usage Data: Basic analytics on how you use our service (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide ATS analysis and resume optimization services
• Authenticate your account and process payments
• Send service-related communications (analysis results, receipts)
• Improve our algorithms and user experience
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. What We DON'T Do

• We never sell your personal data to third parties
• We do not use your resume or job descriptions to train external AI models
• We do not share your data with recruiters or employers without your explicit consent
• We do not store your payment information (processed securely via Dodo Payments)

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase/AWS) located in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your information.

Data Retention: Resume files and job descriptions are deleted from our servers within 30 days of your last activity. You can request immediate deletion anytime.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data and account
• Export your data in a portable format

6. Cookies and Tracking

• Dodo Payments - Payment processing
• Anthropic (Claude) - AI analysis (your data is not used to train their models)
• Vercel - Hosting and infrastructure

Our service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
